Present simple and continuous

Put the verb into the correct form — present simple or continuous. Use short forms where possible.

1. It's stopped raining. The sun (shine) at last.
2. Kathy speaks French and Spanish, but she (not speak) German.
3. Come on! Everyone (wait) for you.
4. 'What band you (listen) to?' 'It's Chumbawamba.'
5. He (do) kung-fu three times a week.
6.The Mississippi (flow) into the Gulf of Mexico.
7. Don't go outside yet. It (pour) down with rain.
8. I usually (grow) cannabis plants, but I (not grow) any at the moment.
9. How's learning Spanish coming along. I think it slowly (improve).
10. Karen usually (stay) with friends when she goes to Berlin, but this time she (stay) in a youth hostel.
11. Can we go now. I (start) to feel tired.
12. 'Can you play the guitar?' 'No, but I (learn) to. Lenny (teach) me.
13. I normally (not work) on Fridays, but this week I (work) on Friday morning to cover for a colleague.
14. I (come) from Syria. Where you (come) from?
15. Tracy (stay) at my place for a few days while she (look) for a place to live.
16. What Johan (do)?. He's a computer technician, but he (clean) windows at the moment.
17. I normally (enjoy) punk concerts, but this one (suck).
18. 'What's that noise?' 'Myra and Rob (argue) again.
