"D.I.Y" in Yerevan. They broke window of the door and threw bottles
filled with flammable mixture. At first, fire brigade which arrived in
minutes claimed fire was due to a short circuit, but CCTV camera of a
shop next door fixed how a bald young man in a bomber jacket and combat
boots with white shoelaces committed the attack.

9th of May 4:30 PM two Nazis were arrested, but they were soon released
with a bail of one million dram (around 80 000 euros). Money for bail
was donated by deputies of nationalist ARF (Dashnaktsyutyun) party
(ironically, co-formed by anarchists 121 years ago), Artsvik Minasyan
and Grayr Karapetyan. Now police is ignorant towards the investigation.

Authorities in Chicago are gearing up for a weekend of anti-NATO
activity in the Windy City, but it's already being reported that law
enforcement there might be a little too eager to begin arrests. The home
of known activists was raided Wednesday.

The National Lawyers Guild confirms that law enforcement agents broke
down the door of a 6-unit apartment building in the Chicago, Illinois
neighborhood of Bridgeport at around 11:30 pm on Wednesday. Once inside,
they entered the apartment of known activists with guns drawn and then
cuffed the residents.

For two hours, tenants were shackled and
questioned by officers with the Organized Crime Division of the Chicago
Police Department. The Chicago Tribune writes that police reports
detailing the incident have been obtained by the newspaper and confirm
that nine people were arrested in the raid for allegedly making or
possessing Molotov cocktail explosives. Police sources add to the paper
early Friday, however, that none of the suspects had been charged.

Patty Akrouche says she's "never been prouder" of her 9-year-old son, Josef Miles, than she was this past weekend.

As Akrouche wrote on her Facebook page, she and Josef were on the campus of Washburn University in Topeka when they encountered some of the protesters from the tiny Westboro Baptist Church,
which has gained notice in recent years for protesting against
homosexuality, abortion and other issues outside the funerals of
military veterans and celebrities.

Yesterday night turkish state organized a night raid to various
houses and anarchist social centres in a night raid in Istanbul. 60
people were arrested. It is yet uncertain if some of those people are
anarchist or just related/friends of some anarchists.

Thousands stage nationwide anti-government rallies, a year after movement that inspired 'Occupy' protests was born.

Spain's "indignants" are demonstrating in cities and towns nationwide
to decry economic injustice and mark the first birthday of the
grassroots movement which inspired "Occupy" protests in the US and
around the world.

Tens of thousands of people rallied on Saturday to mark the beginning
of a four-day protest that will end on May 15, the anniversary of the
movement's birth.

Several columns of protesters marched separately on Madrid's city
centre from all directions to converge on central Puerta del
Sol. But authorities vowed to stop them camping in the square, which
became the cradle of their popular movement.
