| 12-Year-Old Girl Busted for Drunk Driving |
| A Minnesota sheriff’s deputy quite a shock Saturday when he arrived at the scene of an accident to find that the driver was 12 years old and seemingly drunk. This was especially strange because there was a teenager in the car who, although he was also drunk, had his diving license. Apparently 19-year-old Benjamin Repinski had the young girl at a party, and asked her to drive him home, police the Minneapolis Star-Tribune newspaper. She agreed, but on the way she mistook the gas pedal for the brake, crashed into a highway sign, and then through a yard and into a garden. |  Repinski then allegedly the wheel, and then drove into a shed. He’s been charged with underage drinking, drinking and driving, and allowing an unlicensed person to drive. The girl, who had a blood-alcohol level of 0.09%, was released to her mother. She, too, may be charged with driving while intoxicated. |
